We will never forget. For all who were there that day and all who were personally affected.

Have you ever been on the phone with a company and thought, “I wish a manager would just take care of this”? I have too, but it's a little tougher to get the manager on the phone than when you complain in person. Well, ViaTalk just made it even easier than that. When you have a problem, give our support line a call. If the problem is too hot to handle for even our amazing tech support, (seriously, we gave them all blue ribbons yesterday) you can just press *. This will flag your call for manager review. As these calls are received, our management team will take time out of their busy schedules and handle your problem personally.
We do accept single-malt scotch, personalized pen sets, and lottery tickets (preferably winning) in appreciation.
Cheers,
Craig

Hello Everybody, as you have no doubt guessed, I am the new guy here at Hostrocket. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, even though I've been told by some that I need no introduction. I am the Marketeer; you can call me Craig. I specialize in getting you to see us. So get ready to see Hostrocket and ViaTalk in some new and interesting places.
I am weird. Now that I'm here, this blog is going to be very interesting. So check back with us a little more than you have been. I plan on keeping everyone updated on things that are going on here at Hostrocket, upcoming events, and everything you need to know about Hosting, VoIP, and anything that might possibly be considered connected to them. (even if that connection is simply that it starts with the same letter of the alphabet)
My goal is not just to inform, but to entertain as well. I've been told that I'm many things, but boring is not one of them.
Cheers,
Craig
