Whats the difference? People. Plain and simple. Any company can have the equipment and technical ability to connect a phone call from point A to point B over the internet. The technology is there, and readily available. The difference between us and our competitors, is the people behind the scenes working to provide you with the best service possible, day in and day out.

Customer service has been around for thousands of years, in one form or another. It's even been around in the telecom industry to one degree or another, contrary to most people's experiences. We believe that not just good tech support, but great tech support is the defining feature when dealing with a company like as ours on a technical matter such as VoIP.

ViaTalk is a company built from the ground up, based on years of experience in internet services and most importantly the customer service aspects that go along with providing internet services. The decisions that effect the direction of the company are made by the people who work day to day in the process, not VC advisors who meet once a quarter and care about nothing but the bottom line. Quality customer service is not cheap to provide, and does not increase the bottom line for the company, but it does result in a product that we can be proud to stamp our name on at the end of the day.
