To Our Valued Customer,
In an effort to better connect with the most important aspect of our business, you the customer, we are launching a full scale customer outreach campaign to help us further improve the ViaTalk experience.
In conjunction with in-house customer interaction policy changes, we will be conducting customer experience surveys on a broad and on going basis. In addition, you may receive a call the day following any customer service inquiry in order to give you a chance to give your opinion of the customer service experience, as well as voicing any other questions, comments, or concerns that you may have.
Managers from our billing, customer service, sales, and network administration departments will be making themselves available via multiple online outlets on a daily and ongoing basis to give you the opportunity to provide feedback to them easily and directly.
This initiative will be an on-going and evolving process, and we invite you to provide any feedback or suggestions you may have to help us along the way.
