*Whew!* What a summer it has been! As you may imagine, things have been pretty busy here at our office in Upstate New York. As many of you know, one of our competitors, SunRocket, recently went out of business without warning leaving hundreds of thousands of people without a critical part of their lives, phone service. This has resulted in tens of thousands of people coming to us looking for help getting back up and running as quickly as possible.

We've been adding staff left and right to help keep up with increased demand, and will continue to do so until we are back to the same great level of service you have come to expect from us. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and understanding while we work to accommodate as many ex-SunRocket customers as possible.
